"Helsinki needs an attractive Restaurant-, Music- and Eventculture."
I was born and raised in Hanko and I work in a hotel in Helsinki as a Banquet Head Waiter. I have been living in the Helsinki area since the early 2000’s.
In my spare time I like to spend time with friends and family, take long walks and go to the gym. The nature of the archipelago and boating life is close to my heart and I do spend as much time out on the sea as possible. I am also participating in association activities, for example I am the President of the Finnish Head Waiters Guild.
My goal is to save and develop the entertainment culture in Helsinki after the Covid-19 crisis in a sustainable way, so that we all can enjoy what our city has to offer. By supporting our small businesses we ensure that the level of service in Helsinki are up to standards.
“Going to a restaurant is one of my keenest pleasures. Meeting someplace with old and new friends, ordering wine, eating food, surrounded by strangers, I think it's the core of what it means to live a civilised life.”
