"Striving for a safe and inspiring Närpes - a place where people can live a good life."
I am an active person with an interest in societal issues. I believe the best results are achieved when working together.
As a Master in Forestry, I have worked in the forestry sector, and in the last decade I have worked within municipal administration and leadership. Additionally, I have been a part-time farmer. As of now, I'm retired. My family consists of my spouse, three adult children and two grandchildren. I enjoy spending time in the archipelago, exercising and watching sports.
Work, accommodation and interesting leisure activities in an inspiring and safe environment, as well as equal access to services like daycare, school, healthcare and social care are needed for a good life.
Well-run economy and business
It is critical to keep supporting strong industries, to widen the range of workplaces and to increase remote working possibilities. The municipal economy should be managed well and with a long term perspective in mind.
The goal must be an equal society. Continuous work for integration is needed in order for us all to thrive.
